A 360 degree assessment is a method of gathering information and feedback from a variety of sources with the intent of developing skills as a manager, leader, coworker or employee. Input is gathered from supervisors, peers, subordinates, or anyone else that an individual typically works with on a regular basis. This data can be collected electronically or through interviews and is then compiled and analyzed for patterns or trends. The participant is then debriefed with a coach, and a plan for growth or development is then created, along with a realistic action plan and measures.
